McDavid 421r Patella Knee Support Brace
The 421r Patella Knee Support is one of our most popular knee supports. It features two medial and two lateral spring steel stays with adjustable straps and a superior horseshoe buttress to aid patella tracking. It lends minor ligament support and helps relieve the symptoms of chondromalacia, patellar subluxation and patellar tendinitis. It also features a long 3/16" thick neoprene sleeve with nylon facing on both sides.
